Ethical Horse Riding day 🕑6h30
The objective of our equine day is to offer you an uncommon experience going beyond the simple act of sitting on a horse. This day will give you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of horses and to connect with these delightful animals.
Your equine day is composed of two parts, each lasting 2 1/2 hours: One part in the morning and the second in the afternoon. There will be an hour and a half break for a bite to eat or to visit the village.
After a guided tour of our stables, you will be able to visit our herd of 40 horses in their outside habitat. You will be able to get up close to them and observe them in their natural environment and deepen your knowledge of them.
Each client is matched to a horse according to their size and experience. You will, yourself, bring your companion for the day down to the stables. There, you will create a mutual confidence with your horse by brushing and otherwise preparing him. The training in the paddock begins with exercises on foot, where you will learn to bond with your horse.
In the afternoon, you will leave for a long excursion on our magnificent country trails. You'll be able to say goodbye to your horse by releasing him back to his friends in the herd.
Also consider our other activities with the alpacas, dogs and other animals on our educational farm.
